A big part of our design journey has been making B2B web apps for different sectors: from travel and agriculture to construction and pharmaceutical.
A big part of our journey as designers was working on start-up projects that developed into independent and sustainable products. Because of that, we are also very well-versed in start-up ecosystems and deeply understand what they need to succeed.
From venture-backed startups to enterprises and NGOs, we define, build, and scale digital products people want and businesses need.
No designer is an island. Over the years, we have built a great network of remarkable colleagues in different industries: developers, copywriters, photographers, etc., with whom we transform digital ideas into real-life digital projects.
Web application involves creating a user-friendly and visually appealing interface that guides users through their interactions with the application. It requires careful consideration of different visual elements to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
The corporative website must communicate the company's brand identity, values, products, and services to visitors. It is essential to prioritize straightforward navigation, intuitive user interface elements, and well-structured content to ensure users can easily find the information they need.
The design of e-commerce websites involves strategically placing different elements and implementing intuitive navigation and search functionalities to help users quickly find and purchase desired products. It should also instill a sense of trust and security by displaying secure payment options, customer reviews, and clear return and refund policies.
Design requires a user-centric approach, optimizing the interface and interactions for smaller screens and touch-based interactions. Attention to typography, iconography, and color schemes helps create a visually appealing and cohesive design that aligns with the app's brand and enhances usability.
Branding involves defining the brand's values, personality, and positioning on the market to differentiate it from competitors and resonate with the target audience. It encompasses various elements, including the brand name, logo, tagline, color palette, typography, and overall visual identity, which is one of my main areas of expertise.
Visual design is vital in capturing attention, conveying information, establishing brand identity, and enhancing the overall user experience in various mediums. It encompasses the arrangement of color, typography, imagery, layout, and whitespace to communicate a message, evoke emotions, and guide user interactions.
Creating visuals for presentations involves selecting and designing graphics, charts, diagrams, and images that support the presented content. Attention to visual consistency, alignment with the overall theme, and effective use of colors, fonts, and visual hierarchy are crucial for creating impactful presentations capture the audience's attention.
Front-end development refers to building the user-facing part of a website or application. It involves writing code in languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create the visual and interactive elements that users see and interact with. The role of front-end developers is to bridge the gap between design and functionality, translating graphic designs into functional and engaging web interfaces.
Search Engine Optimization involves various techniques to increase organic traffic from search engines. Effective SEO strategies aim to align the website's content, structure, and technical aspects with search engine algorithms, improving its visibility and driving targeted traffic from search engines.
Copywriting involves using persuasive language, storytelling techniques, and a deep understanding of the target audience to convey a compelling message and create an emotional connection. Effective copywriting is crucial in various marketing materials as it plays a vital role in driving conversions, building brand awareness, and establishing a distinct brand voice.
Nokumo is a property management system designed for hotels and travel agencies that started as a start-up. The main task was to use VUE.js components for building a web app and create a simple mobile application with just some of the features (dashboard, calendar, and reservations).
Develo Agency is a software development agency & consultancy that solves the problem of digitizing the business model or product. As designers, we worked on all the branding and promotional materials that brought the company's philosophy to life.
The Insidico application, launched by a start-up company, digitizes the management of construction projects and provides a detailed insight into each business segment. The project was conceived in two phases: defining the features, and designing the web and mobile app, which enables simpler management of daily tasks, optimizes the use of resources, and facilitates communication between participants on the site.
The task was to redesign a mobile application for one of the company's main products, using the same technology and features but making it more up-to-date. Our task on the project was to build better UX and material design for the Android app.
T-matix is an Austrian company that offers a programming-free IoT platform to digitize products, devices, machines, and processes and innovate business models. The main goal was to fix UX features and create a design system. With developers, we collaborated on a couple of new features for a web app. Since we were involved in the process from the start, we understood all the issues and requests from the end user, which helped us create the needed product.
The discovery workshop is an in-depth analysis of the scope of the project itself and its goals. It is essential for us to understand every aspect of the business before starting the project, so at the workshop, the goal is to define and plan each project phase.
After the discovery workshop, we define personas and create user experience (user flow). The next step is the display of information within the product (sitemap), after which we develop the interface design in sketch form (wireframes). It ends with a defined prototype for the primary device.
In this phase, we revive the prototype from the previous step and draw eye-pleasing elements in defined colors, with pictures and illustrations to see the final design.
The following step is to test the product from the previous phase with end users. Testing is essential because it saves time in the programming phase and avoids errors that may occur after we launch the product.
If, during usability testing, some elements did not satisfy our test group, the next step is to fix them according to the feedback. Afterward, we develop other screen sizes (if we are making a web app) to get a product that works on all measures needed (responsive design).
Development is the most complex phase of the process, requiring programming and writing the codes to create a web platform. The development will be done efficiently regardless of the complexity if the previous stages were performed correctly.
Launch is the final phase of every project. After we made sure that every part of the project was functional and according to the plan, the project is made public, but always with a possibility of iteration and subsequent corrections if needed.
